Six Voices, One Climate → the Bird

One continuous talk, from transformative assessment to the thing it asked us to build. Three versions of the same story — they differ in how much a room needs on screen, not in colour scheme.

Every version turns on the same hinge: Marcus never speaks.

Your deck’s own language — Georgia, Courier, cream, the six voice colours. Every beat, nothing cut. The safest thing to put in front of a staff research forum.

Driving them

Talk to The Bird, bottom left of every deck. It needs a microphone. Click it once to start; click it again to pause, which mutes the microphone and stops the deck moving, and again to resume. End appears beside it to hang up.
Three jobs, on the pill above the button, switchable mid-session without dropping the call. Presents: it gives the talk and, left alone, keeps going slide after slide. Say "hold it there, I will drive" and it stops moving the deck until you say carry on. Bounce: you present, it is the second voice, short answers, and it stays out of your flow. Co-design: no room, the deck is the subject, and only here is it allowed to talk about how things look.
It has read the chapter. The full submitted text rides with it, plus a reading of it: every number with its section, the refusals the chapter makes on purpose, and the hard questions with the chapter's real answer. Ask it for the cohort figures, the citations, the ethics position, the limitations. Ask it something the chapter does not answer and it will say so rather than invent a number.
It has no hands: it cannot edit, spend or build. Every conversation is recorded so it can be read back afterwards.
Six silhouetted birds drift behind every slide, one per voice, in that voice's colour. On the hinge slide five of them fade out and only Marcus keeps flying. On the murmuration slide they leave entirely and the real flock takes over.
The last slide loads the live murmuration and asks it for the Auckland skyline — the same skyline the first slide photographs. It is torn down when you leave that slide, so it is not animating behind the rest of the talk.
All three read from one content file. Changing a line changes it in every version.

One thing to know before questions: the chapter's closing line is attributed to Amara, one of the six composite voices, and there is an unresolved question about whether those words belong to a real activist of the same name. The Bird will give both readings and say the question is the authors'. See AMARA-DECISION.md. The Bird is grounded in the same content file the slides are built from, and its slide list is the list this version actually rendered, so it cannot talk about a slide that is not here. Version one uses Georgia, which exists on Windows and macOS but not on the Linux box these were rendered on — it will look right on your machine and slightly generic in any screenshot I send you. Versions two and three currently read closer to each other than intended; the separation is ground colour and imagery density rather than type. Worth telling me which direction to push.
